The temperature of the facility makes the residents feel comfortable.
Staff:
The staff treats each resident with warmth, compassion, and respect.
All staff has name tags.
A full-time Registered Nurse is always available, along with the Director of Nursing.
Residents’ Rooms:
Residents can keep their personal belongings along with furniture in their rooms.
Each room has personal storage space, which includes a closet and drawers.
Residents have access to a telephone and TV in their rooms.
Residents can choose their own roommates.
Activities:
All residents can participate in activities, including those who can’t leave their rooms.
The SNF has outdoor areas available, and staff can help residents go outside if need be.
Safety & Care:
Each resident receives preventative health care, including vaccines, to keep them healthy.
Residents can see their primary care physician if they choose to do so.
